Ne znam za vas, ali ja obozavam peceni krompir, a volim i zacine.
Do sad sam isprobavala razne kombinacije - dodavala bosiljak, beli luk u granulama, cak i drobljene listice susene nane, sve je odlicno, ali ruzmarin mi je definitivno omiljeni zacin za peceni krompir.
Prvi put sam peceni krompir sa ruzmarinom probala u Rimu proslog avgusta i ukus me je odusevio! :)

I don't know about you, but I love roasted potatoes and I love spices.
I have tried different combinations - I've added basil, ground garlic, even crushed leaves of dried mint...all is wonderful, but rosemary is definitely my favourites spice for roasted potatoes.
Las August in Rome was the first time I tried Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and I was delighted by the taste! :)
Peceni krompir sa ruzmarinom
(za dvoje )
4-5 krompira srednje velicine isecena na kolutove
1 sargarepa iseckana na kolutove
kasicica maslinovog ulja (moze i bez, u tom slucaju dodati malo vode )
1/2 do 1 kasicica djumbira (zacina)
1/2 do 1 kasicica ruzmarina (zacina)
malo persuna
morska so - po ukusu
Ja volim da dodam i malo vegete.
Peci u vatrostalnoj posudi, poklopljeno, na 190C
Ne zaboravite - vatrostalne posude ne smete staviti u zagrejanu rernu!!!
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
(serving - for two )
4-5 middle sized potatoes cut in circles
1 carrot cut in circles
1 teaspoon of olive oil ( not necessary, you can add a little bit of water instead)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of ginger (spice)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of rosemary (spice)
a little bit of parsley
sea salt-to taste
Bake in a covered ovenproof dish on 190C
Don't forget- ovenproof dishes shouldn't be placed inside a preheated oven!!
