Smatrala sam da bi bilo bas lepo i pogodno da upravo danas objavim svoj redovni ''Healthy Life and Exercise'' post i evo jos jednog posta posvecenog jogi, a usput, tu je i jedan mini ''New In''. :)

Today is an International Yoga Day. :) I started my day with Sun Salutation. I thought it would be nice and convenient to publish my regular ''Healthy Life and Exercise'' post on this day, so here is another post dedicated to yoga, and at the same time we have a mini ''New In''.

S obzirom na ubrzan tempo kojim se nas zivot krece zadnjih godina, dobro je ponekad usporiti, odmoriti, odvojiti vreme za sebe.
Kao sto ne bismo bilo kakve proizvode za negu stavili na svoje lice i telo, tako je isto bitno i kakvu hranu i pice unosimo u svoje telo, ali takodje i kako se ophodimo prema svom telu i umu.
Da, izlezavati se na krevetu i odgledati poneki film je lepo, kao i kuckati na laptopu ili racunaru, citati postove, ali treba odvojiti vreme i za setnju, voznju bicikla, piknik u prirodi, plivanje ili neki drugi vid fizicke aktivnosti.
Joga je fizicka disciplina koja dovodi um, duh i telo u balans i izmedju ostalog oslobadja organizam od stresa.
Danas cu vam pokazati jednu od meni omiljenih joga poza za odmor/relaksaciju- ''Utthita Balasana'' ( varijacija poze ''Dete''), koja je jedna od poza savijanja unapred.

Just like we wouldn't use any kind of products for our face and skin, it's also important to nurture the body, it's important how we treat our body and mind.
Yes, lying down on bed, watching movie is nice, typing or reading posts on laptops and computers, but we should take some time to go for a walk, ride a bicycle, to have a picnic in nature, swim, or perform some other kind of physical exercise.
Yoga is a physical exercise that brings mind, spirit and body in balans and among other things relieves stress.
Today I will show you one of my favourite resting poses - ''Utthita Balasana'' or ''Extended Child Pose'', one of the forward bend poses.

Stanemo na sve cetiri, kao u pripremi za pozu Krava/Macka. Rasirimo kolena onoliko koliko je siroka prostirka i sastavimo palceve na nogama, zatim sednemo na pete.
Udahnemo i uz izdah polako spustamo grudi i glavu prema podu, ruke pruzamo napred, prsti na rukama su rasireni. Na kraju celo spustamo na pod.
Vrat treba da je slobodan, ako su vam ramena skupljena uz vrat, vratite ruke malo unazad, oslobodite vrat.
Podignemo glavu na gore, pogledamo pravo, dubok udah, zatim uz izdah spustamo celo nazad na pod. Disemo duboko, odmaramo uz nekoliko udaha i izdaha, onda se polako podizemo u sedeci polozaj, privlacimo ruke, podizemo ledja, ispravljamo kicmu i na kraju podizemo glavu.
Ova poza moze da se izvodi kad god vam u toku vezbanja joge treba odmor.
We go to all fours, in table top position, like in preparation for Cat/Cow pose. We widen our knees as wide as the mat, put our big toes together and sit on our heels. We take a deep breath in and with an exhale we slowly lower our chest and head down, we stretch our arms in front of us, widen our fingers. Then we put our forehead on the ground. Neck should be free, if your shoulders are squeezed in your neck, pull the arms back a little, so that the neck is free.
We lift our head, take a deep breath in, look up in the front and with an exale we put the forehead back on the mat.
We breath deeply, relaxing with a few breats in and out, then we slowly go back to sited position, pulling our arms back, lifting up our back, streightening the spine and finally, liftng up our head.
You can perform this pose whenever you need to take a rest during yoga.

I used another promotion at Srbotrade pharmacy and I got one product for free.
This time I got Eucerin ph5 shower oil which I adore, it costs over 5 euros, as well as the shampoo for sensitive skin, over over 4 euros, the shampoo suits me good and as a gift I chose foot cream with 10% of urea, which normally costs over 7 euros.
I missed the promotion this last Saturday, but next week I plan to order another shower oil, for which I will write separate post.
And of course, I got some more gifts, samples, this time of the La Roche Posay brand.
Have you been using any of these products and what are your impressions?

Divan new in, i sama sam skoro nabavila prve Eucerin proizvode i jedva čekam da ih isprobam čula sam sve najbolje za njih,
