Moja omiljena jela #2 - Piletina sa zapecenim povrcem

 Zdravo devojke,

Evo jos jednog finog predloga za lagan, zdrav rucak. :)

Piletina sa zapecenim povrcem

Skuvati piletinu (vodu naravno iskoristiti za supicu :) )
Obariti povrce (prokelj, karfiol, brokoli i sargarepu), dodati umuceno jaje, jednu pavlaku, zacine ( so, djumbir, bosiljak), promesati i zapeci u rerni.
Kao salatu, a i za sto vise boja na tanjiru, izabrala sam paradajz. :)

Chicken with roasted vegetables

Cook some chicken (of course, don't forget to use the water for a soup :) )
Boil vegetables (Brussels sprout, broccoli, cauliflower and carrot), add one egg mixed with sour cream, spices (salt, basil and ginger), mix and bake in the oven
As salad and so taht there would be more colours on the plate this time I added tomatoes. :)
